  • Smoking and transporting animals in the vehicle are prohibited.

FUEL:

You pick up the vehicle with a full tank and must return it full. If fuel is missing, the missing fuel will be charged upon return, plus a €40 refueling fee.

If, due to circumstances, the fuel tank is not full, you must return it with the same amount indicated in the rental contract.

In case of confusion regarding fuel type (fueling error), the vehicle withdrawal as well as workshop expenses will be the responsibility of the renter.

AIRPORT DELIVERIES:

8 AM – 10 PM. Every day of the week.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS WITHOUT SCHEDULES:

If the reservation does not have schedules or flight numbers, the entire arrival day will be charged.

All reservations have a two-hour grace period for pick-up. Beyond that time and without prior notice, the reservation is canceled.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE VIP CARS OFFICES (NIGHTLY AFTER 10 PM):

  • Airport service: Free during office hours (from 10 PM to 8 AM, €50).
  • Ibiza – San Jose – San Antonio €45 (one way).
  • Santa Eulalia – San Joan – Portinax €65 (one way).

EXTRAS:

  • Baby seats €12/day, max €96
  • Child seats, boosters, or infant accessories must be requested at the time of booking for planning purposes.

EARLY OR LATE RETURNS:

If you do not return the car on the date and time stipulated in your contract, IBIZA MOBILITY EXPERTS S.L.U. reserves the right to charge an additional fee for our management plus the rental amount for the additional days, plus a 50% surcharge on the current rate. A maximum two-hour grace period is allowed before the corresponding rate is applied.

RESERVATION OR CONTRACT EXTENSION:

To extend a contract, the customer must visit the office during business hours 48 hours* before the end of the contract.
*Subject to availability.

The price of extensions will always be based on current rates, models, groups, and seasons.

DOCUMENTATION:

  1. National Identity Card / Passport (Valid).
  2. Spanish / European or International Driving License (Valid).
  3. Credit Card (Debit cards are NOT ACCEPTED) or accepted payment methods such as bank transfer or cryptocurrency, cash payments up to €999.

Complete data including your usual residence address as a driver or lessee, your phone number, and email, as well as a credit card in the name of the person renting the vehicle and listed as the first person on the contract.

In case of additional drivers, they must provide the same information except for chapter 3.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

You can pay the rent with different payment methods:

We accept Visa / MasterCard / American Express (5% surcharge) and Bitcoin or accepted cryptocurrency.

Also accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, payment link, debit card with direct charge without possibility of refunds.

The company has the right to cancel a reservation in case of doubts based on the client’s financial capacity, non-payment, or incidents in other rentals with the company.

NON-ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

Debit cards for deposits.

MANDATORY CREDIT CARD:

A credit card (DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED) is always required to formalize the contract, and the cardholder must be the same person or company listed on the rental agreement.

Deposits and insurance to be contracted or as a guarantee to cover possible extras such as fuel/damage/lost keys or extra days will be charged to the same credit card provided.

If everything is correct at the end of the rental, the full deposit will be refunded within 72 hours. The deductible amount applied to the rented vehicle will be charged when formalizing the rental. This amount will be refunded at the end of the rental if there is no damage, and the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when the rental started (including fuel), provided that the vehicle was returned on the agreed date and time.

The deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum period of 72 hours.

Payments or reservations are made in two payments: one (1) corresponding to the requested rental and another (2) as a guarantee deposit for the vehicle and contracted services.

The card number, name, and CVV of the card provided as a service guarantee will be provided under IBIZA MOBILITY EXPERTS S.L.U.’s Personal Data Protection Policy.

FINES.

Fines and other national or municipal traffic violations in all municipalities of the island of Ibiza will be the responsibility of the main driver, and the company reserves the right to charge the driver an administrative fee for such management (€50).

IBIZA MOBILITY EXPERTS S.L will identify the driver to the Directorate General of Traffic (D.G.T.) using the contract data and documentation provided by the client / lessor.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

If the client cancels at least 24 hours before their arrival, there are no cancellation fees. In case of no-show and no cancellation, the penalty will be TWO (2) days of rental according to the current vehicle rate / scheduled delivery date in the reservation.

For long-term reservations (more than 10 days), it will be 25% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellations or changes are ONLY accepted through direct contact by phone with the salesperson who made the reservation, eliminating channels such as SMS or WhatsApp messages and email.

DEDUCTIBLES.

The deductible amount will be charged in advance. This amount will be refunded at the end of the rental if there are no new damages within 72 hours. In case of damages, if they are less than the deductible amount, the difference will be refunded after validation by a workshop or professional appraiser.

NOT COVERED.

  • Loss or breakage of keys
  • Tires and rims
  • Interior damage or bumps
  • Cases of extreme dirt.
  • TAXES INCLUDED.

All our invoices and services include the current VAT.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT.

In case of an accident, breakage, bump, or collision, the lessee is obligated, before any management or procedure, to provide all information about the vehicle (brand,

model, license plate, and insurance of the other party) and the details of the involved driver.

All accident information must be provided, regardless of fault, to ensure proper management with the insurance company and all bureaucratic procedures involved. Complete information and details provided are necessary for the correct handling of the situation.

A management and processing fee of €50 will be charged.

In the event of an accident or breakdown of the rented vehicle not attributable to IBIZA MOBILITY EXPERTS S.L.U., a new contract will be drawn up for the new rental, along with a new vehicle deposit.

  • Loss or breakage of keys
  • DAMAGES TO LOCKS
  • TIRE IMPACTS, PUNCTURES
  • DAMAGES TO THE CAR’S UNDERCARRIAGE
  • DAMAGES TO THE AXLE OR RIM
  • TOW TRUCK COSTS, IF DRIVER’S FAULT
  • DAMAGES TO WINDOWS / WINDSHIELDS
  • LACK OF FUEL REFUELING (loss of deposit)
  • DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE INTERIOR AND UPHOLSTERY
  • DAMAGES TO THE RADIO, CASSETTE CD.
  • THEFT OR LOSS OF CAR PARTS
  • LOSS OF CAR DOCUMENTATION
  • THEFT OR LOSS OF CAR PARTS
  • RECKLESS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
  • FINES, traffic penalties
  • LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO OBJECTS AND PROPERTY STORED IN THE VEHICLE
  • ALL DAMAGES NOT DECLARED IN “CHECK IN”
